One of the biggest misconceptions about the state of one's mental health is that it has "a certain look"... It does not. Yes, sometimes it looks like staying in bed ALL day but sometimes it also looks like you're about to battle through another day. When will our society and culture be more accepting of those who want to seek help in form of therapy, just to talk it out? Figure out where their emotional and mental imbalances are rooted from? I have massive respect for those who do take that first step to seeking help. If you are someone who has wanted to go see a therapist but is afraid of judgement, worry not, my darling... No one is there to judge you and when the door is closed, all you say and feel stays behind it. PS: always make time to check up on the strongest ones...
